Fuel, AdBlue, EGR & emissions
Restore the system. Find the cause.
Warning lights, difficult starting and reduced power can have several causes. We investigate fuel delivery and emissions-system operation, explain the evidence and agree a repair that restores the system.

Start with the symptoms.
Tell us the exact dashboard message, whether the fault is intermittent and what happened before it appeared. Recent fuel purchases, repairs, AdBlue top-ups and previous diagnostic reports can help establish the next useful test.
If the vehicle has been misfuelled, do not start or continue running it. Contact reception to agree workshop acceptance and any third-party recovery arrangements.
- AdBlue countdowns and SCR warnings
- Recurring engine lights, limp mode and poor starting
- Misfire, fuel pressure and consumption concerns
Repair—not removal of protection.
Our repair scope includes AdBlue tanks, pumps, heaters, dosing injectors and NOx sensors; EGR valves and coolers; petrol EVAP faults; and GPF/OPF or catalytic-converter investigations. The aim is correct operation, not disabling emissions equipment.
Diesel additive systems such as Eolys are separate from AdBlue and require the correct fluid, components and supported reset procedure.
- Identify the affected circuit and underlying cause
- Check contamination, leaks and associated components
- Use suitable vehicle-specific repair procedures
From supply pressure to injector performance.
We offer diesel leak-off testing, supported high-pressure pump investigations and selected injector testing or refurbishment. Petrol direct-injection pumps, low-pressure pumps, senders and controllers are also within scope.
Injector type and repairability determine the available route. A fault code alone is not proof that an injector needs replacement.
- Fuel delivery and pressure checks
- Selected injector cleaning and flow testing
- Workshop contamination clean-up after assessment
Agree the next step before buying parts.
Supply your registration, mileage, warning messages and any previous findings. We use an initial one-hour diagnostic allowance; further investigation is agreed separately. Diagnostic charges are not deducted from subsequent repair costs.
- Pricing is specific to the vehicle
- Additional strip-down may be needed
- Findings and repair options explained
