Trades & mobile teams
Working vans and business cars supporting engineers, contractors and mobile services. We discuss mileage, loads and the impact of downtime before planning workshop visits.
Business vehicles · Local fleet accounts
One company car, a team of working vans or an established fleet: practical workshop support in Sandhurst, with clear communication and maintenance planned around your business.
A single reception contact, agreed work approvals and a trade contract pricing structure bring routine servicing and unexpected repairs into one manageable relationship.

Not just for large fleets
Working vans and business cars supporting engineers, contractors and mobile services. We discuss mileage, loads and the impact of downtime before planning workshop visits.
Company cars, delivery vehicles and suitable vehicles used by schools, charities and other local organisations. You do not need a dedicated fleet department to have a clear maintenance process.
A nominated booking contact, vehicle-by-vehicle records and agreed authorisation requirements help owners and fleet coordinators keep track of work across multiple vehicles.
Based in Sandhurst, we welcome enquiries from surrounding areas including Crowthorne, Yateley, Camberley and Bracknell. Workshop customers can travel from beyond these areas; our collection and delivery arrangements have a separate five-mile limit.
Equipped for commercial vehicles
Our two dedicated commercial-rated ramps allow us to accommodate suitable vehicles up to 5.5 tonnes for workshop maintenance and repair work.
Our Automated Test Lane (ATL) is rated for vehicles up to 5.4 tonnes. This is the lane’s equipment rating, not a statement that every vehicle within that weight can be MOT tested here.
Send reception the registration and vehicle details. We will confirm weight, dimensions, lifting suitability and, for an MOT, the required test class and our eligibility to test it before arranging your visit.
One workshop relationship · Broad capability
We handle a broad range of maintenance and repair work in-house. Reception will confirm suitability for your vehicle, the investigation required and any external specialist involvement before you commit.

Classes 4, 5 and 7 for eligible vehicles, MOT preparation and repairs, plus interim, full and manufacturer-scheduled servicing. We can discuss due dates across your vehicles so routine maintenance is planned around your business. Each vehicle’s specification, history and use determine the work required.

Brake pads, discs and hydraulic faults; tyres, puncture assessment and alignment; steering, suspension, wheel bearings and wear-related repairs. Tell us about loads, mileage and driving conditions so we can discuss suitable parts and a practical maintenance approach.
Tyres & alignment →
Warning lights, intermittent faults, poor running and starting or charging problems need investigation, not guesswork. Our equipment includes Bosch KTS, three Autel units, Snap-on and manufacturer-specific tools. Testing may cover batteries, sensors, wiring and other conventional vehicle systems.
Diagnostics & investigations →
DPF investigation, cleaning and regeneration where suitable, alongside checks for underlying sensor, injector, turbocharger or exhaust faults. Short journeys and working patterns matter: we discuss the cause and appropriate repair rather than assuming a clean alone will resolve every problem.
DPF care →
Clutches and flywheels, timing belts and supported timing-chain work, cooling systems, leaks, fuel-system faults, transmission servicing and suitable engine repair or replacement projects. Scope, parts availability and vehicle suitability are assessed before a repair route is agreed.
Other repairs & services →
Air conditioning, heating and ventilation, exhaust repairs, seasonal checks and vehicle inspections help address the issues drivers notice day to day. Health checks and inspections are chargeable. Some faults require further testing or component removal and cannot be identified by a visual check alone.
Servicing & workshop care →An inspection is not a guarantee that every fault is visible without dismantling. Additional diagnostic time, component removal or specialist testing is explained and authorised where required. Vehicle class, size, weight and equipment compatibility must be confirmed before booking.

Vulcan Motors + Torque Monsta
Through the workshop’s Torque Monsta offering, suitable projects can include ECU and gearbox tuning, supporting hardware upgrades, parts supply and fitting, wheels and geometry, and Powerflow custom stainless-steel exhaust fabrication.
These are assessed individually—not presented as a guaranteed fuel-saving or reliability solution. Vehicle condition, intended use, supporting hardware and any lease or insurance requirements need to be considered before modifications are agreed.
Custom Powerflow exhaust enquiries start with a free, no-obligation 15-minute vehicle assessment. A bespoke quotation follows inspection and discussion of the options; ordinary health checks are not free.

Share your business details, registrations, vehicle types, mileages and typical use. Include known issues, upcoming MOTs and servicing, plus any restrictions on when vehicles can be off the road.
Identify your booking coordinator, authorised approver, backup contact and accounts-payable contact. Agree purchase-order requirements, spending limits, invoicing details and the payment arrangement.
We establish the initial scope and explain findings and estimates. Additional work needs approval before proceeding; a driver dropping off a vehicle is not automatically your nominated spending approver.
Agree how itemised invoices, vehicle registrations and maintenance records are handled. Discuss future service and MOT dates with reception so the next visit can be planned—not left to the last moment.
You can start with one vehicle. There is no need to move every vehicle at once to begin a conversation. Reception remains the day-to-day contact for bookings, progress and account coordination.
Clear commercial arrangements
We operate a trade contract pricing structure for agreed business accounts. The arrangement is tailored to the account and confirmed directly—not a public blanket rate or an automatic entitlement on enquiry.
Quotations reflect the vehicle and work involved. Parts, fluids, tyres, diagnostic time, external services and any collection or delivery charges are clarified as applicable. Unexpected findings are discussed before additional work is authorised.
A practical option without an approved credit facility. Payment must be settled before the vehicle is released unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Credit accounts are subject to approval, an agreed credit limit and written terms. Approved invoices are payable 30 calendar days from the invoice date, not month-end. Overdue accounts may have credit facilities or further bookings restricted under the agreed terms.
Payment Assist may be an option for eligible customers and work, subject to the provider’s approval and terms. It is separate from a Vulcan trade credit account and is not guaranteed business finance.
How Payment Assist works →Workshop services, including Torque Monsta workshop jobs, are supplied and invoiced by Vulcan Motors Ltd, company number 02819411. The separate Torque Monsta Automotive LLP web shop is not your workshop account provider. Read our workshop terms of business.
Make the visit work for you
Discuss collection and delivery within five miles of the workshop. Availability depends on the booking type and vehicle condition. Confirm the arrangement and any charges with reception at booking; do not assume it is included or suitable for a non-running vehicle.
Tell us about essential working hours, loading arrangements and the date the vehicle is needed back. We discuss achievable timing, parts availability and approval requirements. A target completion date is not a guarantee of immediate or same-day repair.
We do not undertake recovery ourselves. If recovery is required, we can discuss an outsourced provider. Availability, costs and arrangements must be confirmed separately; ordinary collection is not a substitute for recovery.

Before you book
No. The programme is relevant to a business with one company car, several working vans or a larger group of vehicles. Tell reception what you run and the support you need; an account arrangement is agreed individually, not assumed from vehicle numbers.
Discuss the vehicle and managing company before booking. Where a job uses 1Link or another approval process, eligibility, authorisation and acceptance need to be confirmed first. We cannot assume a lease company will cover particular work or accept an invoice.
No. Vehicle specification, service schedule, parts, fluids and the agreed scope affect the quotation. Trade contract pricing is agreed for the account; it does not mean every vehicle or repair has a fixed universal price.
No. You can pay on collection, or apply for an account. Credit facilities require approval, an agreed limit and written terms. Approved credit accounts are payable 30 calendar days from the invoice date, not from the end of the month.
Collection and delivery can be discussed within five miles, subject to availability, booking type and vehicle condition. The arrangement and any charges must be confirmed when booking. This is not a recovery service.
No. Workshop capacity, diagnosis, authorisation and parts availability affect turnaround. We agree a practical plan and keep you informed, but do not promise same-day completion, priority slots or a courtesy vehicle.
We do not undertake EV electrical or diagnostic work, high-voltage work or electrified drivetrain repairs. Only limited basic work on suitable hybrid vehicles may be considered after assessment. Please confirm the exact vehicle and job with reception before arranging a visit.
Ask us. The examples on this page are not an exhaustive service list. We will confirm what we can undertake in-house and explain when a specialist or external provider is needed. We do not operate our own recovery service, but can discuss outsourced recovery if required.
Let’s talk about your vehicles
Send your business name, a contact number, vehicle registrations and mileages, the work needed and any important dates. For a wider account discussion, include vehicle numbers and types, who approves work and whether you wish to apply for payment on account.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking, an approved credit account or acceptance of a quotation. Reception will discuss and confirm the next steps with you.
