Book the right starting point.

Call 01252 870818 · Option 1, use our contact page or open the online booking tool. Give us the registration, mileage, symptoms or intended work, plus any timing constraints. You do not need to know the name of the part you need.

An inspection, diagnostic booking, service and repair are different scopes. We agree the starting work and charges; additional investigation or repairs are discussed before proceeding. Vehicle health, winter and summer checks are chargeable—not free.

Reception, workshop and MOT times.

Reception and phones are open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. Workshop hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Saturday hours are 8:30am–1:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

The last MOT slot starts at 4:45pm on weekdays and 12:15pm on Saturdays; a test generally takes around 45 minutes. Reception opening hours are not the MOT testing timetable.

Finding us, parking and access.

The workshop is at Units 7B, 7C & 7D, Vulcan Way, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 9DB. We have more than 45 parking spaces, including six larger spaces. Please discuss arrival arrangements for larger vans or motorhomes before travelling.

There is step-free access, Wi-Fi, and male, female and accessible toilet facilities. Tell reception about any access needs or assistance required so we can help plan your visit.

Dropping off outside normal reception hours.

A black key-drop postbox is outside the gate. Put your keys in an envelope labelled with the vehicle registration, and follow the arrival arrangements agreed with reception. Park to the right without blocking the gate or access.

If you need to drop off at 7:00am, agree this with us the day before. Reception staff start at 8:00am; an early drop-off is not an early staffed appointment. Remove valuables and let us know about locking-wheel-nut keys, alarm instructions or anything needed to access the booked work.

Stay in control of the work.

The team can discuss findings and seek approval by phone or WhatsApp. Keep your contact details current and let reception know the best way to reach you during the appointment. Photographs can be provided where helpful.

We explain the recommended work and any additional investigation before proceeding. As thorough as our inspections are, we cannot always identify every fault without component removal. If removal is needed, we discuss the next stage.

If you want replaced parts returned or shown to you, request this when approving the work, before anything is discarded.

External recovery can be arranged.

We outsource recovery when required; neither workshop undertakes recovery itself or operates its own recovery service. Contact reception to discuss the vehicle, location, access and suitable arrival arrangements.

Arrangements are generally local, around a 10-mile area, subject to provider availability and the individual job. Confirm availability and the cost first; the agreed external recovery charge can be added to your workshop invoice.

Payment and the correct business details.

Workshop payment options include BACS, card payments including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and payment links. Payment Assist may be available for eligible invoices, subject to the provider’s current terms and approval; arrange this with the team rather than assuming eligibility.

All Vulcan Motors and Torque Monsta workshop jobs are invoiced by Vulcan Motors Ltd, company number 02819411. Torque Monsta Automotive LLP operates the separate webshop only. Vulcan Motors Holdings Limited is the parent company only.

Collection, records and aftercare.

Agree a collection time with reception rather than assuming the vehicle will be ready when the workshop closes. Parts availability and additional authorised work can affect completion; we will discuss changes with you.

Keep your invoice and any applicable MOT result or alignment printout with the vehicle history. Ask the team to explain the work, follow-up recommendations and any component-specific care instructions. If something concerns you afterwards, contact us with the registration and invoice details.

For third-party warranty-funded repairs, the customer pays our workshop and seeks reimbursement from the warranty provider. Discuss the required documentation and provider authorisation before work begins.
